Nonionic surfactantsAPG/fatty alcohol ethoxylates for wetting and grease removal
Other potential ingredientsHydrotropes/solubilizers, viscosity control, preservatives and optional fragrance
Concentrate modelHigher active content is a development goal, not an assumed fixed dilution ratio; test phase behavior and dosage.
This is not a mixing guide, dosage or validation approval. Ingredients, quantities and production steps must be defined for each project.
Application, testing & safety
Product-specific test needs and limitations from EMM's development brief.
Planned testing
- Surfactant active content
- Viscosity at storage temperatures
- Clouding and phase stability
- Degreasing performance per dose
- Dilution behavior
Important limitations: X-times concentrated and savings claims require reference measurements and a sound comparison.
ApplicationManual dishwashing with economical dosage defined after testing
DosageTo be defined after formulation and application testing
pHFormulation and application dependent – to be specified technically
