1. Data controller

EMM Home and Personal Care, S.A. de C.V., located at Av. Mexiquense 492, Ejido de Teyahualco, 54980 Tultepec, Méx., Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

For any matter relating to your personal data, please write to customerservice@emmhpc.com.

2. Personal data we process

When you send us an inquiry through the contact form, we process the following data:

• Identification and contact data: name and email address.
• Optional data: company or brand, market of interest and the message you write.
• Inquiry data: the topic you chose and, if you ask about a product, the selected configuration (product, scent, color, supply form and type of support), as well as the page language.
• Technical data: IP address and browser and connection data, needed to display the site and protect it.
• Site usage data, only if you accept analytics: pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate location and an online identifier stored in Google Analytics cookies.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include any in your message.

3. Purposes

We use your data for the following purposes, which are necessary to handle your request:

• To answer your inquiry, contact you and, where applicable, prepare a proposal or follow up on any resulting business relationship.
• To protect the form against automated submissions and abuse.
• To operate the website and keep it secure.

Secondary purpose, only with your consent: measuring site usage statistically with Google Analytics to improve the site. You can accept or decline it in the cookie notice shown on your first visit and change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. We do not use your data for advertising or send you newsletters.

4. Service providers processing data on our behalf

To run the site and the form, we rely on providers that process data solely on our behalf and according to our instructions:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, content delivery network and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Resend: delivery of the email containing your inquiry to our team.
• Microsoft: our email service (Microsoft 365), where we receive and answer your inquiry.
• Google LLC: statistical measurement of site usage (Google Analytics), only if you accept it.

These providers may process data on servers located outside Mexico, for example in the United States or the European Union. We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes, and we make no transfers that require your consent.

5. Retention

We keep the data of your inquiry for as long as it is needed to handle it and, where applicable, for any business relationship that results from it. Afterwards we delete it within the periods set by law. Technical logs at our hosting provider are kept only for a short period. Google Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.

6. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to know which data we hold and how we use it (access), to have it corrected (rectification), to have it deleted (cancellation) and to object to its use (opposition). You may also withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data.

Send your request to customerservice@emmhpc.com and include:

• your name and a way to send you our response;
• a document proving your identity or, where applicable, your legal representation;
• a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise;
• any other information that helps us locate your data.

We will respond within the periods set by law.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site only uses analytics cookies if you accept them: Google Analytics stores cookies (_ga and _ga_…) with an online identifier to distinguish visits, valid for up to two years. If you decline analytics, Google Analytics is not loaded. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage; you can change it at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page and delete the cookies in your browser settings. Fonts are served from our own domain. To protect the form, Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates technical browser and connection data; our provider Cloudflare may use cookies that are strictly necessary for the security of the site.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy notice. We will publish any changes on this page and indicate the date of the last update.

If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may contact the competent authority.
